GPSR - EU Regulations

From December 13, 2024, all sellers in the EU must comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).

We strive to maintain transparency regarding the safety and information of our products.

!! All our products are NOT suitable for children!!
This is due to potential small parts/choking hazards, sharp points, or edges.

 

1. Product Safety

  • Each shipment or product sold includes a QR code linking to this Product Safety page, where detailed information about our products and usage advice is provided. Additionally, all online orders include a packing slip that lists the product name, traceable to our Etsy store. For sales at markets and fairs, receipts can be provided upon request.

  • We clearly indicate on our product packaging and website that our products are not suitable for children (under the age of 14)

 

 

 

2. Traceability

  • Each shipment or invoice/receipt includes our company information. For market sales, we ask if customers would like a receipt. Without a receipt, our business cards direct customers to our website for further product information.

  • Each product has a unique name, allowing for easy identification. Many of our products are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited quantities, so product codes are often unnecessary, with the product name alone being sufficient. For products produced in larger batches, batch numbers are assigned for easy traceability.

  • We retain invoices from our suppliers for all materials and equipment, which are available for inspection upon request.

 

 

3. Labels and Warnings

  • At markets, we verbally discuss product safety risks.

  • All safety-related information is also available on our website.

  • Starting December 13, 2024, every sale will include a QR code linking to our Product Safety page.

 

 

4. Online Sales (Etsy)

  • Our product photos are unedited and taken in natural lighting.

  • Safety risks are indicated on the product packaging or via a link to our Product Safety page.

  • The product descriptions also include information about the production process and materials used.

 

 

5. Manufacturer Responsibilities

  • We encourage customers to leave reviews, which can be read on our Trustpilot page

  • We inform every customer that we are always available for questions. For purchases made at markets or events, we provide business cards with our contact information.

  • When products are returned due to technical defects, we investigate whether the damage was caused by misuse or a manufacturing issue on our part, and we provide evidence to the customer. We direct every customer to our GPSR/safety measures upon purchase.

 

 

6. Product Recalls

To date, no recalls have been necessary. Should this occur, we will use official channels to manage it.

 

 

7. Preparation for Inspections

  • We maintain records of all information regarding materials such as art print paper, vinyl sticker paper, 3D resin, and other supplies, through supplier invoices.

  • Our studio operates under a safety protocol. All materials are sourced from reputable suppliers, and we adhere to the safety and maintenance instructions

8. Regular Evaluation & Product Risk Analysis

We visually inspect every individual product before it is brought to market and ensure that our suppliers comply with safety regulations.

  • The products we have made are classified as safe products by the manufacturer. They feature a neoprene bottom (anti-slip) and soft polyester surface, printed with certified non-toxic ink (Custom Playmat Shop). We visually inspect all products for quality and irregularities/imperfections.

    • Safety Risks: No risks under normal use.

    • Usage: Handle the product carefully. If broken or damaged, dispose of the product. Not suitable for children.

  • Small metal prints are pressed on an aluminum plate with sublimation technics. 
     

    We conduct visual inspections on every print

    The materials are: Aluminum with illustration pressed on using sublimation. The ink used is Osinkjet Sublimation-inkt. Ink is water-based. 

    • Safety Risks: contains sharp objects, printed item should not be put in your mouth

    • Usage: Handle the product carefully. If torn or damaged, dispose of the product. Not suitable for children. 

  • We conduct visual inspections on every pair of earrings.

    Materials are: Fiberboard with illustration pressed on using sublimation. Ink used is Osinkjet Sublimation-inkt. Ink is water based. Earring are silver, but it may contain allergens. 

    • Safety Risks: contains sharp objects, printed item should not be put in you mouth

    • Usage: Handle the product carefully. If torn or damaged, dispose of the product. Not suitable for children. Keep wood products away from open flames.

  • Metal bookmarks prints are pressed on an aluminum plate with sublimation technics. tassels are made from Polyester.

    We conduct visual inspections on every print

    The materials are: Aluminum with illustration pressed on using sublimation. The ink used is Osinkjet Sublimation-inkt. Ink is water-based. 

    • Safety Risks: contains sharp objects, printed item should not be put in your mouth. Tassels are a choking hazard and are highly flammable.

    • Usage: Handle the product carefully. If torn or damaged, dispose of the product. Not suitable for children. Keep product away from open flames. 

  • We conduct visual inspections on every pair of fridge magnets

    Materials are: Fiberboard with illustration pressed on using sublimation. Ink used is Osinkjet Sublimation-inkt. Ink is water based. Magnets at the back are attached with double sided tape. 

    ​

    • Safety Risks: printed item should not be put in your mouth, usage of magnets, be careful with pacemakers. 

    • Usage: Handle the product carefully. If torn or damaged, dispose of the product. Not suitable for children. Keep wood products away from open flames.

  • The products we have made are printed by https://www.printenbind.nl/ or using our Epson with ink my Epson.

     We also visually inspect all products for quality and irregularities/imperfections.

    • Safety Risks: No risks under normal use. Printed with safe ink.

    • Usage: Handle the product carefully. If torn or damaged, dispose of the product. Not suitable for children. Keep paper products away from open flames.

  • We conduct visual inspections on every individual 3D print. We check that the resin is properly cured and cleaned. During the cleaning and curing process, we strictly follow the guidelines of our 3D printer and resin supplier.

    • Safety Risks: Small parts, choking hazard. Keep away from children and pets. Fully cured resin is safe to touch, but there is always a slight risk of allergic skin reactions.

    • Usage: Handle the product carefully. If broken or damaged, dispose of the product. Not suitable for children under 14 years old. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A TOY.

  • This box included a binder printed by https://www.print.com/nl/, A printed instruction printed either by Print&Bind or using a Epson Printer and Epson Ink, an HB pencil and a kneadable gum by Bruynzeel. Safety instructions for the kneadable gum are on the package. 

    • Safety Risks: Not suitable for children under 3 years. Warning: Contains small parts. Choking hazard. Printed with safe ink.

    • Usage: Handle the product carefully. If torn or damaged, dispose of the product. Not suitable for children. Keep paper products away from open flames.
